It is so heartbreaking when people say they don’t have the time, money, or belief. Do you know how few people have all three? I know how to solve all of those problems. If you visualize what you want, then your subconscience will figure out how to get it. You need to visulalize what it would be like to have perfect health in as much detail as possible. What is really missing is the belief that you can have it. You only have to believe in one thing, yourself. You just have to have faith that your mind will find the best answer, internal or external, if you are clear about what you want. If you trust your own decision making processes, then the rest will follow. It won’t even take effort, because your automated habits will take over.
Your sub-conscience can get you to work without hardly a conscious thought, and that is simple example of what it can do. You have to get your mind right first, and explain to your lower mind what you expect. Otherwise, it will fight you at every step. It’s job is to keep you alive with minimum energy, not make you happy. It doesn’t know what you really want, because it sees you change your mind every 6 seconds and express doubt about everything. It thinks the best self-preservation strategy is to avoid change and risk, so it will talk you out of anything you are not sure about. You focus on what you don’t want, but it doesn’t understand negative words like “don’t.” It skips over them and gives you exactly what you are focusing on. You have to displace it with the positive things you actually want. You need to keep reminding yourself of all the things you do have, so that you get more of them.
